Georgia’s Urban Deer Plan:

Deer are beautiful creatures, however, when deer populations reach and surpass ecological carrying capacity, they negatively affect plants and wildlife. The Georgia Department of Natural Resources estimates that deer damage to landscaping costs Georgians $26,000,000 annually. Furthermore, according to the IIHS, there are approximately 1.5 million deer-vehicle collisions annually in the United States.
